Shipping & Delivery
The orders are shipped out 1-3 business days upon us receiving the full payment by PayPal. The orders are delivered by EMS, which means they need to be personally collected at the local post office. Please study the list of the countries where such EMS delivery can be made before you make a payment.
The shipments are currently made to the following destinations:
– North America (United States / Canada / Mexico)
– Europe (shipping to the selected countries only)
– Asia / Pacific (shipping to the selected countries only)

The order processing time takes 1-3 business days (please note that processing time does not include weekends). After the order is confirmed the delivery should take 5-15 business days depending on the destination. Since the deliveries are made via EMS, the merchandise is sent to the local post office upon arrival to the country of destination. Delivery times may vary depending on the county of destination and the efficiency and expedience of the local postal services.
Our shipping fee is USD20.00 per order. The shipping fee will be automatically added to the total price of your purchase to be paid by PayPal.
IMPORTANT: The recipient party is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes applied by the government of the country of destination. Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) on shipments from abroad. The receiving party is solely responsible for paying all taxes, duties and/or the customs fees imposed by the country of destination.
Customs Value: Damax Group Ltd is required by law to declare the real commercial value on all shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of the order on the customs documentation.
The shipping fees are not refunded for the orders returned to us due to the wrong or missing address information. To re-ship the merchandise to the correct address an additional shipping charge will be applied.
The ownership of the products passes from DamaxGroup Limited to the Customer upon the shipment from DamaxGroup facility. Please note that no insurance fee is added to our flat rate ground shipping charge. Damax Group Ltd is free of any responsibility once the ordered merchandise leaves Damax Group Ltd’s facility. The shipment service provider assigned by Damax Group Ltd would be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss or damage of the ordered merchandise that may occur during the shipping process.
